Errond Powell serves as the Youth Pastor at Glad Tidings, a church he’s called home since he was one year old. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Youth, Family, and Children Studies from North Central University in 2024, Errond returned to invest in the next generation. He interned with the church for nine months before stepping into the role of full-time Youth Pastor.
With a deep love for this community and a heart for students, Errond’s passion is to create a space where teens feel known, challenged, and equipped to take ownership of their faith. He believes youth ministry is most impactful when it’s rooted in relationship, authenticity, and ultimately Christ.

Pastor Tanya Stuva graduated from Indianola High School. She and her husband, Pastor
Matt, have been serving in ministry for 30 years. Most recently they pastored
Hope Assembly of God church in Colfax for 20 years.
Pastor Tanya is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God, receiving her credentials
through the Iowa School of Ministry in 2018. In Tanya's role as a pastor’s wife, she has
served in many areas of ministry including music, women’s ministry, nursery, and
children’s ministry.
She has also worked in the nursing field most of her career and spent several years in
pediatrics with special needs and medically fragile children.
They have three grown children and seven grandchildren. She has a calling to teach and
guide young children into a relationship with Jesus.
